Born in Appleton WI, Xavier HS; Graduated from UW-Madison. Ralph has been a manager for a residential real estate company, Partner in Ross/Kamps CRE, developed several condos in the Madison area, and been in commercial real estate and management since 1980. He is a partner in many local restaurants and smaller office/retail buildings. He started the Commercial Investment Real Estate Exchange (CIREX) and is currently a managing partner and Editor of Cirex News. Past Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President of RASCW and now Realtor Emeritus, formed the Commercial Committee of RASCW and chaired for several years. Ralph has a special interest in Hospitality/restaurant real estate sales and leasing.
