Neil Ferris joined Madison Commercial Real Estate following a career in the music business, where he managed negotiations, financial analysis, and event strategy for major concerts throughout Wisconsin. In his previous role, he worked closely with venue operators, artist management teams, and national touring partners on complex deals involving budgeting, market analysis, logistics, and strategic planning in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
His background in relationship management, transaction coordination, and deal analysis provides a strong foundation for commercial real estate, particularly in investment-oriented transactions and client advisory work. At MCRE, he works across a variety of asset types with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering strategic solutions for clients.
Neil is a member of Commercial Brokers Group, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and is a member of Southern Wisconsin Trout Unlimited and the Yahara Fishing Club.
